With the Prospeo integration, you can now access direct phone numbers of your contacts. This means fewer gatekeepers and a higher chance of speaking directly to the person you’re targeting. Save time, improve your outreach efficiency, and boost your success rate with more accurate contact details.

How to set up the Prospeo integration?

When setting up the Prospeo integration, you'll have 2 options:

• Bizzy-managed Prospeo account:
  • Account provided by Bizzy for public use.
  • You will be charged Bizzy credits for every phone number found via this account.
• Custom Prospeo account
  • Account provided by you (your own Prospeo subscription).
  • You will not be billed for phone numbers found through Bizzy, your own Prospeo account will be used.
    
    

Note: Only admins can set up or change the Prospeo integration. If you are not an admin, please contact your admin to configure this integration for your organisation.

Setting up the integration with a Bizzy-managed Prospeo account

1. Click on your user icon in the right-hand corner of your Bizzy environment.
2. Go to the Integrations tab.
3. Select Prospeo from the list of available integrations.
4. Click on Activate.
5. Accept the terms and conditions.

Setting up the integration with a custom Prospeo account

1. Click on your user icon in the right-hand corner of your Bizzy environment.
2. Go to the Integrations tab.
3. Select Prospeo from the list of available integrations.
4. Click on Add connection next to custom Prospeo account.
5. In the pop-up window, enter your Prospeo API key. You can find your API key at https://app.prospeo.io/account/api.
6. Click Confirm to save the connection.

Note: If you see an error message stating "Your Prospeo API key is invalid or expired. Please generate a new one", make sure to copy a valid, active API key from your Prospeo account.

How to use the Prospeo integration?

Once the integration has been activated by the admin, all users will be able to get phone numbers of contacts:

• by going to a contact and clicking on the phone number icon next to the name:
  
• by exporting or pushing a list and indicating that Prospeo phone numbers should be included:
