When creating a target list, it is at least as important besides finding the right companies to get in touch with the right contacts. Next to filtering on department and seniority, we also give you the option to filter on job title.
To filter on job title, follow these steps:
Go to the Filter overview.
Click on Add filter.
Select Contacts.
Select Job title.
Add the job titles of the contacts you want to reach out to.
Notes:
In a lot of cases, different job titles can be used to refer to the same job. To make sure all relevant job titles are added, you can click on Generate more. This AI feature will add similar job titles based on the job title(s) that you’ve already added. This will give you more results and will help you to get in touch with the right contact person.
The order in which the job titles are added will have an impact on the order in which contacts are shown in your list.
Click on Add persona to add multiple personas.
- When multiple personas are added, and the first persona isn't found, the system automatically moves on to the second, third, and so forth. This way, you will get contacts who best fit your defined personas.
Tip: Do you already have a document listing the roles of your ideal persona? Once the different roles are separated by a comma, you can easily paste them into our Job title filter.
