At Bizzy, we make sure you always have access to up-to-date data. You are always informed about the latest financials, news items, board changes, etc. All this info can be easily found on the company pages, but it doesn't stop there. You can also filter on certain updates in Bizzy. In this article, we explain how this works.
On which Updates can I filter?
Updates are specific events that might be interesting for you during prospecting, negotiations etc.
You can filter on the following updates:
Appointment
Example: a new CEO has been appointed (mentioned in a news article).
Article mention
Example: a company has been mentioned in a news article.Change in financial health
Example: the financial health score of a company changed from 5 to 7.
Expansion
Example: a company opened a new office.
Funding
Example: a company has received new funding.
Gross margin growth
Example: gross margin of a company increased by 5%.Location growth
Example: a company has opened a new office on a new location.
Merger and acquisition
Example: a company is involved in a merger or acquisition.
Partnership
Example: a company partnered up with another company.
Product launch
Example: a company has released a new service or product.
Published financials
Example: annual accounts of a company have been published.
Revenue growth
Example: revenue growth of a company increased by 5%.
Note:
Currently, it’s only possible to filter on appointments mentioned in news articles. We currently don’t include appointments that have been mentioned in official documents.
Filters related to financials won't be available for Dutch companies, as we don’t offer financial data for this country.
Updates on location growth are only available for companies registered in Belgium or France.
When filtering, you’ll also be able to select a specific timeframe in which the event took place:
last 30 days
last 3 months
last year
Note: If you don’t apply a update filter in your filter overview, an indication of the amount of updates per company will be shown in the overview. This will be the number of the latest updates within 30 days.
Furthermore, you can also filter on the Update source.
How can I filter on Updates?
Go to Search.
Click on Add filter.
Select Updates.
Select the updates you’d like to filter on.
Select the timeframe of the event.
Once the filter is added, we will also indicate the amount of updates per company based on the applied filters:

You can also take a look at the Updates on the company page:
Search for a specific company.
Open the company page.
Go to the Updates tab.
Here you’ll see all updates of the company. Those are extracted from official documents or news sources. By clicking on the source, you will be redirected to the source to get some more information.
