As your business is evolving and growing, so might your team. In this article, we’ll explain how to add and delete users.
Add users
To add new users to your Bizzy environment, follow these steps:
Go to your Bizzy account.
Click on your user icon (in the top right corner).
Go to Team.
Click on New team member.
Here you can add the email addresses of the new team members. They will then receive an invitation and will be able to select their login method.
Tip: If you want to add several users at once, you can simply paste all their email addresses, separated by a comma, to add them in bulk.
Note:
- Only admins can add new users. Want to know who the admin is of your environment? Go to your user icon > Team.
- If a user is already part of another environment with the same email address, you won't be able to add that user to your team. Please contact [email protected] so we can help you with this.
- If the user was already using the free version of Bizzy with the same email address, they may need to log out and log in again to be linked to the paid environment.

Delete users
Go to your Bizzy account.
Click on your user icon (in the top right corner).
Go to Team.
Click on the 3 dots to the far right of the user, then click on the Bin icon next to remove the user. The user will then no longer have access to your Bizzy environment.
Note:
- If the deleted user was the creator of a (shared) list, the list will no longer be available once the user is deleted.
- As an administrator, you can delete users, but you cannot delete your own user. For this, our Bizzy support team must first assign your administrator rights to another user. Please contact [email protected] to arrange this.
Change the admin of your Bizzy environment
Do you want to change the admin of your Bizzy environment? Ask the actual admin to reach out to [email protected] and to mention the email address of who should become the new admin.
Change the email address of an existing user
It’s not possible to change the email address of an existing user, but you can of course delete the existing user and add the user again with the correct email address.
