With Bizzy’s notifications, you can easily monitor changes in the companies that matter most to you—helping you stay proactive and make informed business decisions. This article will walk you through how to activate and manage notifications in Bizzy.
How to activate Notifications?
You can easily activate notifications on lists by following these steps:
- Go to your list overview.
- Go to the Bell icon next to the list for which you want to activate notifications.
- Select the type of events for which you would like to receive a notification.
- Click on Save.
Note: you can also activate notifications on your favourite companies. More information on how to add a company to your favourites can be found here.
How can I manage Notifications?
Whether you want daily summaries or weekly digests, you can customize your notification settings to stay informed without feeling overwhelmed:
- Click on your user icon.
- Go to Notifications.
- Select how frequently you want to receive notifications.
- Save the changes.
Note: Notifications are user-based, meaning each user can set their own preferences for notifications and frequency. Your settings won’t affect other users in your organization.
How will I get notified?
When there’s an update on a company, you’ll receive a notification in two ways. First of all, you’ll get an email summarizing the latest changes, highlighting the first two updates with a link to Bizzy, where you can view all details and additional updates.
Additionally, notifications will appear within the Bizzy platform under the bell icon in the left-hand bar, allowing you to quickly review updates whenever you log in. This ensures you never miss important company developments, whether you're checking your inbox or working within Bizzy.
