User roles

At Bizzy, we offer three distinct user roles to meet the varying needs and responsibilities within your team. Each role comes with specific permissions and limitations to ensure efficient collaboration and access management. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each role.

User roles

Admin

Admins hold the highest level of access within Bizzy. They are responsible for managing the team and integrations. Specifically, admins can:

  • Add or delete team members.

  • Add or delete integrations.

  • Use all features available in their Bizzy subscription

Admins play a crucial role in overseeing team operations and ensuring seamless functionality across Bizzy’s features, they are also considered as the primary point of contact for our Customer Success team.

This role is ideal for Marketing managers, Sales managers, etc.

Member

Members are the core users who actively engage with Bizzy’s features. They have access to all functionalities available within their license. This includes utilizing credits for exports and to obtain personal email addresses.

Members are typically involved in hands-on activities and contribute directly to achieving team goals.

This role is ideal for SDRs, AEs, Customer Success Managers, etc.

Viewer

Viewers have a more restricted role compared to Members. While they can access all features available within their license, they are unable to use any credit, which means they can't perform exports or retrieve personal email addresses.

This role is ideal for stakeholders or team members who need to stay informed but don’t require active participation.

Managing Roles

Admins can easily assign or change roles for team members to ensure the right level of access. More information can be found here.
