Once you have applied filters and optionally created some lists, you can start exporting or pushing the company and contact data. By doing this, you’ll be using Bizzy credits. In this article, we’ll give you some more information on how to export and push data and how to use your Bizzy credits.
Export data
After creating your ideal prospect list via our Filters, you can simply download all company and contact data by clicking on Export in the right hand top corner.
Here you will have 2 options:
XLSX format: by exporting the data to Excel, you will have one tab with all company data and another tab with all contact data.
Raw CSV format: by exporting the data to CSV you will see the company and related contacts on one row in the same tab.
Tip:
Make sure you have added all the relevant columns you want to include in your export by clicking on the plus icon before exporting the data.
You can have a clear overview of all your exports via the sidebar > Exports & Pushes.
Note:
Per export, you’ll be able to indicate how many companies and contacts you want to export.
Exporting a lot of data can take some while, there’s an average duration of 0.5 seconds per row to export.
Push data
In Bizzy, it’s also possible to push the company and contact data to your CRM tool.
To do this, the admin of the Bizzy environment will have to add the integration first. More information per integration can be found here.
Tip: By clicking on your user icon > Team, you can see who the admin of your environment is.
Once the integration is set up by the admin, all users can easily push the data to your CRM by doing one of these actions:
Go to a contact or company and simply click on your CRM icon in Bizzy to push the data to your CRM.
Go to Lists and simply click on the CRM icon in the top right-hand corner.
Go to Search page, where you can add filters, and simply click on the CRM icon in the top right-hand corner.
Note:
When pushing data in bulk, you’ll be able to indicate how many companies and contacts you want to push.
Go to the sidebar > Exports & pushes > CRM pushes to see the progress of the push and to see possible errors. More information can be found in this article.
If you are using the Salesforce or Teamleader Focus integration, you will be able to see on the company page whether the company is already in your CRM.
Furthermore, you can also exclude or include the companies already in your CRM when creating a new list in Bizzy.
How do we match Bizzy data with the data in your CRM when pushing?
Companies
We match the Bizzy data with the data in your CRM based on the company number.
If we can’t find a company with the same company number, we look for a company in your CRM with the same name, website and country.
If we find one, we will enrich that company. If we find multiple ones, we won’t enrich them as we can’t know which one is the correct one.
Contacts
Contacts are matched based on first name and last name and the company they are linked to. To match a contact, the name in Bizzy and in your CRM should be exactly the same.
