Credits usage

Each license includes by default a number of free credits. The number of credits is a number shared by all users of the platform. Credits are not user-specific and the amount if determined by the agreed pricing plan.

Your pricing plan is visible on your invoice and your billing portal. When in doubt, please contact support@bizzy.org for further clarification.

V1 plans and V2 plansV3 plans
Viewing a company in BizzyFree1 credit, or free if exported or viewed in the last 30 days/365 days (depending on the contractual payment term)
Exporting or pushing a company1 credit or free when contacts are exported or free when exported in the last thirty days1 credit, or free if exported or viewed in the last 30 days/365 days (depending on the contractual payment term)
Exporting or pushing a person1 credit for the company, all further contacts from the same company are free1 credit for the company, all further contacts from the same company are free

Remarks:

  • The maximum amount of credits that will be used for an export will always be clearly indicated in our platform.

  • When you view, export or push the same company and/or contact data several times, this won’t cost you extra credits as long as you do the actions within 30 days or 365 days. This term depends on your contract with Bizzy. If you have a V3 contract, we align this with your payment term (monthly or yearly). If you have a V2 contract, this is always thirty days. 

  • When exporting contacts, you can choose to only export contacts that have a (verified) email address. We will give you an indication of the maximum amount of credits that will be used.

  • The admin can disallow a user to use credits by going to the user icon > Team > click on the 3 dots next to the name of the user > Disallow credits use. When performing actions that require credits, this user will get a notification saying he doesn’t have access to credits. (Granular user permission feature required)

Where can I see the used and remaining amount of credits?

Do you want to have an overview of the amount of credits you have left? Click on your User icon to see the amount of credits that is left.

Do you want to see how many credits you’ve used for a specific export or push? Click on Exports & Pushes in the left sidebar and use the Exports/CRM Pushes subtabs.




As an admin, you can also have a clear overview of the used credits in your current license period per user via your User Icon > Team.

Note: Credits aren’t transferred to your next license period. Every new license period starts with a new amount of credits.

What to do when I need more credits?

If you already used all of your credits, and you’d like to add more to your license, reach out to our customer success team. You can send an email support@bizzy.org to mention the amount of credits you would like to add, and they will be able to give you more information about the pricing.
